CZ Model HIghligts:

 

  • CZ series adopt the centrifugal structure. Classified by outer casing and impeller, the series can be divided into two types, CZ aluminum alloy type and CZ-T rolling plate stamping type.
  • Featured by light weight, new pattern, large air flow and low noise, this series are used in some industrial devices to blow air, such as smelting, diesel vaporization heater matching, kitchen equipment, pneumatic compression facilities, industrial boilers,plastics machinery.
  • Aluminium and Iron materials impellers can be customized. 220V and 380V are acceptable. 
  • Strong Shell with small CBM. Installed very flexible.

CZ Model Features:


: Material Properties
: The case can either be made of alminum alloy or iron steel sheet with circular air inlet as the convergent streamlined overall structure. Featured by light weight, novel design, large air volume and low noise. The adopt temperature is no higher than 80ºC.


: Fan Structure
: The impeller is semi-open, with a filed surface and corrected by static and dynamic balance, with good aerodynamic performance and smooth running. New type of anechoic structure is used in the air outlet part of the housing, which has good anechoic effect. *The new type CZ can adopt more model size.


: Maintenance
: When maintain the fan, you msut power off to ensure the safety of the people and the device. Repaired fans must be tested before they can be put into operation. Regularly clear the fan internal ash, dirt and other impurities. Fans used for kitchen smoking and other similar occasions should often clean the impeller, in general, within 60 days to clean once, otherwise it will cause the impeller overload and burn the motor and affect the air volume.
